I believe this was purchased between 2015 and 2020, but the details are unknown. I'm selling it because I haven't worn it recently.
It was originally a tunic. I stained the hem, so I cut off the stained part and made it into a slightly shorter hoodie.
It's navy and light gray striped, and made of sweatshirt material.
The inside of the hood also uses the same fabric as the outer layer (see photo 3, etc.)
It's from Honey's Comfort Basic (see photo 4).
The cuffs are ribbed (see photo 5).
The hem after cutting has been folded inward and adhered with hem tape, and then hand-sewn. The stitching is aligned with the stripes so it's not noticeable (see photos 6 and 7).
For approximate measurements of each part, please refer to the photos taken with a measuring tape (photos 8-12), although these are amateur measurements.

The size listed on the neck tag is L, but the fit is more like M-L, so I've categorized it as M size.

The fabric composition and washing instructions tag was attached to the cut-off hem, so it's not included. Please understand. It can be machine washed, and it's mostly cotton.
