Purchased at Takashimaya (I believe it was over 10,000 yen). Since I haven't worn it many times, it's in good condition overall, but there's a small stain on the back. Please check the fourth photo. The size is listed as 4, but because it's short (by design), I think it's equivalent to a Japanese size 100-110 (personal feeling).
