Purchased about 10 years ago. It was sold under the name "Frame for displaying DMC embroidery." It seems to be discontinued now. No instructions were included. A mount board for wrapping the embroidery work is included. Styrofoam is included as a buffer in the thickness corresponding to the storage for wrapping, so it can be used as it is for photos and paper items as a frame of almost the size of a large painting.
