The bodice and skirt patterns are half-body patterns. If you would like a full-body pattern, please inquire before purchasing. An additional 300 yen for the bodice and 200 yen for the skirt will be added. Please refer to the image and take the following measurements: 7 points Height Bust (under the armpits, not the fullest part) Waist Hips Back length (from the base of the neck to the waist) Dress length (from the base of the neck to the hips) Girth (measure from one side of the neck, down through the crotch, and back up to the starting point, going around the body; it does not need to be form-fitting.) Please let us know if the person has swayback. If possible, it would be helpful if you could send a side view image so we can understand the child's body shape. Seam allowances are not included.
