Aizu Multi Shade is a very convenient item for sleeping in a car, but it often falls off due to the cold in winter or the deterioration of the suction cups over time. Sometimes, when I wake up in the morning, the suction cups have come off and it's completely visible from the outside. So, I made a drop-prevention stay to prevent the Multi Shade from falling off the glass surface even if the suction cups come off. As shown in the third photo, the stay is inserted into the interior. The stay has a barb, so it can be fixed by inserting it into the interior. The fourth photo shows the stay installed, but there is no change in appearance. The Multi Shade for the sliding window also tends to fall off, but by inserting a stay with a fold, as shown in the sixth photo, into the gap between the glass and the metal frame, as shown in the seventh photo, it is possible to attach the stay even in places without a window frame or interior, and it can be used as a stay to support the suction cups, as shown in the eighth photo. After attaching the stay, as shown in the ninth photo, you can securely fix it with the stay as well as the suction cups, so you can prevent privacy accidents. The stays are attached to the sliding door area at the four locations circled in the tenth photo, to the cargo room window at the upper four locations circled in the eleventh photo, and to the rear hatch glass window at nine locations, although not all are shown in the photos. A special shape of stay was prepared because the stay cannot be inserted at the suction cup position in only one place. The parts to be sent are 29 pieces as shown in the twelfth photo. There are a few extra pieces, but since the Multi Shade is handmade, we will include two sizes, 50mm and 55mm, of the rear glass stays that are fixed at the top and bottom, so please use them according to the situation. If it is difficult to insert the stay into the interior, you can easily set it by inserting a card such as a cash card to expand the gap and inserting the stay there. The tip of the stay has a hook-shaped key, so it will not come out even if you pull it. The stay to be inserted into the metal window frame is bent for use, but the shape has been devised so that it can only be bent to the angle shown in the fifteenth photo, and it will not come out because the elasticity of the resin is used when inserting it. This is a self-made product using a 3D printer. Please note that it is not a perfect molded product.
