This is a standard model, similar to the PT-84S, and it's quite easy to play. I've cleaned it after using it a few times. There are a few minor scratches on the shank, but no dents. The condition is good. There is no box. I will ship the item as is, carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage. I'm not good at taking photos, but the actual mouthpiece is not black!
