I've gathered a collection of incredibly rare Urban Life items, almost all with their original boxes, including a very beautiful Urban House (the box is in surprisingly good condition for its age) and chandeliers. This set includes a chandelier set and two street lamp sets. It's rare to find all of these items together. The Urban Life set, chandelier set, and street lamp sets all come with their original boxes, which is quite unusual. There are two street lamps, but only one box. The chandelier and one street lamp have working lights. The other street lamp does not have a light and is missing its bottom cover. The Urban Life gray cat figures and five "standing" baby figures all come with their original boxes. There are also six ivory dog figures. This includes a "standing" baby and a crawling baby. The boy figure has its original box. There are two brown dog figures: a father and a mother. The mother has her original box, but the plastic cover is missing. All other furniture items come with their original boxes. Both the boxes and the furniture are in good condition considering their age. The dolls and clothing show some discoloration and fading, but all the dolls have their tails (some tails are a bit thin). There are no major damages, stains, or noticeable flocking loss (though some areas are slightly thin). It's rare to find a collection like this. Overall, in my amateur opinion, the condition is good. The items shown in the photos are everything included. These are old, used items that my child played with, so please purchase only if you understand this.
