I purchased this from Nishida Shoten, a shop that sells artificial flowers and hat materials. The front is made of velour material, and the back is different. I've been storing it, unsure whether it's tape to be attached to the inside of a hat or material for making an outer ribbon. I don't know how much is on one roll.
