The inside is made of two layers of gauze or bleached cotton. It's about 13.5-14cm long and 11.5-12cm wide. The light blue one is a little bigger. This gray one has noticeable misalignment, so it's a bit cheaper. Since it's thin, how about using it for sun protection? The elastic loops are made shorter, so you can wear it more neatly.
