Apart from a crack in the "CLIMALITE" print and a 5mm fray just above it (see photo 5), there are no noticeable scratches or stains, and the condition is good for its age. The "adidas" logo and the "Spain emblem" are embroidered, not printed, which makes them durable and gives them a great texture (see photos 3-4). This shirt is from a time before Spain had won the World Cup, so there are no stars above the emblem, and the "ESPANA" embroidery is present, which may give it a premium feel. I think it's a rare item that's not often seen. Please consider this item as a used/vintage item.
