I purchased this item, along with a lens, from here about a year ago for just under 400,000 yen and have taken great care of it. I was using it with a Sigma art 35mm lens, but it was heavy and put a strain on my body, so I'm letting it go to switch to a smaller APS-C camera. The exterior is very clean and the operation is flawless. The screen was replaced with a genuine new one at a specialist shop about two months ago. At that time, the sensor was also cleaned and inspected. I've been using a protective sheet, so it's in very good condition. As you can see in the photos, there is a slight scuff on the bottom right corner, but it's very minor, and there are no noticeable scratches or dents. The scratch-like mark on the right edge of the screen is due to air bubbles in the protective sheet. Everything in the photos is included.
