The size is indicated as 56-57.5cm on the tag, but there's an elastic band with Velcro inside the inner band, allowing for adjustment. (See photo 6) I think I bought it over 10 years ago, but I haven't used it much, so it's in a clean condition without any particular damage. I don't feel much fuzziness either.
