This mouthpiece, which has consistently been popular, resolves the issue of difficult breath intake in the mid-low range that is common with 6 1/2 sizes, while also achieving a high range. The rim is coated with a very fine, micro-particle gold satin. It has a smooth feel and doesn't slip even with sweat, making it easy to maintain the aperture. One owner, but it has been re-plated about twice. It has some scratches commensurate with its age, but there are no problems with its use.
