This is likely a boot strap belt from Blackmeans! I bought this many years ago and wore it as a choker around my neck rather than attaching it to boots. I've never attached it to boots. I wore it around my neck a few times, and it's been in storage ever since. The conchos are engraved with the Blackmeans logo, but the conchos overall have some rust-like discoloration? They aren't shiny. I think they might become shiny if polished... The chain part has some discoloration? Or perhaps some dirt is visible. Please only purchase this if you are okay with its current condition. ❀
