This is an item I received as a commemorative gift at the China Pavilion of the Osaka Kansai Expo, during the Tianjin Week event. It's probably rare, as it wasn't given to everyone who entered the pavilion. I think it's a coaster, but I'm not sure because there was no explanation. It's new and unopened.
