These are wide-leg pants from Steven Alan that I bought a few years ago. Retail price was around 15,000 yen. Made of 100% cotton. The thin material makes them cool and comfortable to wear in the summer. The length is around the knee to the calf. The back of the waist is elastic. I will fold them up small for shipping.
