Extremely rare item. This is a [White Satsuma Kinrande lidded bowl (covered item)] believed to be from the Meiji to Taisho era. It features intricately drawn figures, with each of the karako (Chinese children) having a cute expression. Gold and colored enamel using the moriage (raised) technique are lavishly applied. It is a very gorgeous piece, typical of Satsuma ware from that time. The lid and body fit together well without any looseness, and I believe it is in good condition. There is a small chip on the inside in one place, but there are no noticeable cracks or chips on the outside. There is some wear to the gold paint due to age, but considering its age, it is in generally good condition. It has a presence that makes it suitable for practical use, as well as for antique, fine art, and Japanese interior decoration. ⸻ [Size] ・Width: Approximately 18cm ・Depth: Approximately 15.5cm ・Height: Approximately 7cm ※Please note that there may be slight variations due to amateur measurements. ⸻ [Condition] ・No cracks ・No looseness in the lid ・Please understand the aging process due to its age. ⸻ [Important Notes] This is an old antique item. If you are looking for something in new condition or are concerned about minor details, please refrain from purchasing. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We will carefully pack and ship the item. Please provide your desired price when negotiating. This is a limited-time listing. Those who find it, please do so quickly!
