This is an Ank Rouge dress from about 13 years ago. It's super cute, but I'm decluttering. Perfect for fans or those into the "jirei-kei" style (a Japanese fashion subculture). I remember buying it at Shibuya 109. I wore it once back then, and my family had it professionally cleaned. I've stored it folded in a dark place, and it's in great condition for its age. ▼About the shape: It has shoulder straps and decorative frilly shoulder straps. The frilly ones don't have elastic. The shoulder straps are adjustable. The waist ribbon is removable. It's a docking-style mini dress. The chiffon is fluffy. I don't see any stains or fraying. It looked cute even on someone with a "bone structure" body type (a body type classification in Japan). The length is quite short. It feels like a one-piece swimsuit when worn. It has a lining. It probably doesn't wrinkle easily. Layering a lace top underneath would make it more modern. ▼About the color: The heart print is definitely black. I think the skirt part is black, but it feels slightly navy. The top part is completely off-white. It would probably suit someone with a "winter blue base" skin tone (another Japanese skin tone classification) perfectly.
