The bag was opened once, and the brooch was removed from the backing card, but it has been stored in a dark place unused. Part of the backing card is torn when the brooch was removed. The adhesive on the original bag seal is weak, so the bag has been sealed with cellophane tape. It has not been taken outside and is in very good condition.
