This is a short-sleeved shirt from Icepeak. I bought it at a sporting goods store and wore it once as casual wear. It's been stored away ever since. I don't think there are any stains or damage, but the logo has peeled up because it was stored with the logo in that state. I don't remember if it was originally sold for outdoor use or as sportswear. I think it's meant to be worn as a layering piece, not on its own. It's made of a cardboard-like material. It's likely a men's size M.
