This top can be worn with either a crew neck or a V-neck! The fabric is sturdy, so even after wearing it all day, I didn't have any concerns about wrinkles or the knees of the garment sticking out, although this may vary from person to person. It has pockets and slits. I found it very useful during the summer, but I've bought a new one, so I'm putting this one up for sale.
