The waist is 61cm. The tag has been cut, but it's only been tried on and never worn. It's not elasticated at the waist, so it doesn't stretch. It was too tight for me ^^; Please note that it has been stored at home for a long time, so please only purchase if you don't mind. (^-^) Recycled packaging may be used.
