Purchased at DisneySea several years ago and stored in a dark place. This is a Wishing Together plush badge, exclusive to Tokyo DisneySea. New, unused, with tags, but since it has been stored by a private individual, I will consider it as "like new." There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but the transparent case of the tag shows some slight yellowing. It has a safety pin on its head, so it would be cute to attach it to your bag.
