I've only worn this a few times since I bought it new. It's made of stretchy material. I'm not sure how to measure the size, so please refer to the measurements in the photos. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but this is just my subjective assessment. Please understand that this is a used item, so there may be unnoticed scratches or stains. Also, please only purchase if you understand that I have a cat. I will fold it up small for shipping, so please be aware that it may wrinkle.
