Thank you for viewing! This is a self-assembled and painted plastic model kit of a school from Greenmax, from a few years ago. It seems to have been re-released recently, but since it's a gray molded kit, painting is essential. The school building itself is painted in a nostalgic color scheme, combining a creosote-scented dark brown with white walls, and black tiled roof. I also added a second-floor floor to prevent the first floor from being seen through the windows. The schoolyard is reinforced with cardboard, using the print from the kit's paper box, and painted with a little green around the edges. I then planted the included schoolyard structures and 7 TOMIX trees there. Some of the schoolyard structures have had their nets come off over time, and one of the trees in front has broken, so I've inserted a core rod and glued it for repair. Overall, it's a bit fragile, so please repair with glue if anything comes off. I intend to pack it securely, but please understand in case of any issues. The school building itself is sturdy, so I think it will be fine. The trees are originally prone to shedding green powder, so please be aware of that as well. How about adding a nostalgic scene to your layout? Even if you're not an N-gauge fan, it would be a nice interior decoration. But perhaps only those of us of a certain age can truly appreciate the atmosphere of a wooden schoolhouse. I will pack it in a suitable rice box. Please note that this box is also a bit old. The price reflects the labor of self-assembly and painting.
