This is undoubtedly authentic, purchased about 15 years ago from a select shop in Japan (with the Pepper Japan Co., Ltd. distributor label, and no fakes were available during the brown tag era). ● Size: XS, equivalent to S or M in Japanese sizes Shoulder width: 40cm, Sleeve length: 62cm, Body width: 44cm, Length: 73cm ● Condition: There are no noticeable stains or scratches, and it's in good condition for a second-hand item. However, the back of the collar and both sleeves have faded slightly from khaki to a greenish hue. It's not very noticeable unless you look closely (see images). It's not too concerning as it's just age-related wear. I'd rate it a 7 out of 10 in my personal assessment.
