Used. The pen tips are brush and marker types. Some colors like black and dark brown may have slightly faded ink. I have never flipped the pen tips on any of the colors. Some of the pen caps have ink on them and are dirty. Only R21 has changed color. The third picture shows the original color, and the fourth picture shows the current color after the change.
