This is a Rothco ECWCS-type fleece jacket. It has a fair amount of wear, and the zipper pull is missing, so a safety pin is used as a substitute, but it can still be worn. I think it's good to wear it oversized and casually as loungewear. The size notation is gone and cannot be read, but the fit feels like L to XL.
