Also, there's a hole for the charging cable, so it supports long-term use. Furthermore, the slit at the top is designed to prevent interference from a phone ring, freeing you from the frustration of a wobbly phone. (This depends on the size and position of the ring.) It also becomes very compact when disassembled. You can hang it up for storage by putting a hook through the charging cable hole, making tidying up very smart.
