This is a custom up-bell model based on the YTR-135. The bell and braces have been bent, and brass bell braces have been installed. The instrument is surprisingly easy to play, thanks to the characteristic, vibrant sound of nickel plating and the improved monitoring performance provided by the up-bell design. It has a striking presence on stage. The pistons function normally without sticking, but the main tuning slide is a bit heavy. A mouthpiece (Yamaha 11) will be included if desired. No case is included.
