The material is a mixed blend of cotton, linen, and polyester. Since it contains polyester, it seems to have some stretch. I haven't worn it since I bought it, but it's been stored for a long time. I washed it before listing it, so there are some wear marks and wrinkles. The color is navy blue. Thank you.
