Thank you for looking. This is a novelty item that was given away when you purchased Shiseido's Tactics cosmetics about 50 years ago. It has been used very little and was kept in a desk drawer. I believe the condition is good, but there are stains on the instruction manual. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such things.
