This is a liquid eyeshadow. It's the type that you apply with a tip, but I've been using it without letting the tip touch my skin directly. I purchased it in 2025 and have used it about 5 or 6 times. As the name suggests, it's very sparkly and cute. I take care when using and storing it, but please understand that it's been stored by a private individual. Thank you for your understanding.
