Based on umbrellas from LOCKWOOD UMBRELLAS, this item uses nylon twill with an original camouflage pattern from Yoshida & Co. The umbrella handles are all made from a single piece of wood, with the curve of the handle bent using steam. The wood type is American HICKORY. The ribs are made of steel, formed by extrusion and then painted. The metal fittings are made of brass, and the fittings at the tip are punch-pressed in a similar way to bullet casings. The buttons, engraved with the PORTER x LOCKWOOD logo, are made from the horns of Ankole cattle and are carefully crafted one by one in the LOCKWOOD UMBRELLAS atelier.
