This is a whisk for whipping egg whites or fresh cream. It's ready to use just by turning the handle. I've never used it, but it was stored on a shelf with other tools, so I've listed it as "like new." The non-slip base is cracked, but as you can see in photos 9 and 10, it doesn't affect its use.
