This is a flannel check shirt I purchased last year at Workman Plus. This season, the collar is an open collar, and regular collar versions are not currently available, so I think it's rare. The popular ombre check in black and white is a staple color this season, so I recommend it for both men and women as an outer layer or mid-layer inner garment. I've worn it only once or twice as an outer layer. Please consider it.
