I purchased this online three years ago. There are no noticeable scratches or stains on the face, but there is slight neck melting. I have changed the clothes a few times. I do not have any pets, and I do not smoke. I cannot accept returns or exchanges, so please consider this item only if you understand that it is a used item. No price reduction.
