I bought this at a vintage clothing store in Canada. I think it's a toy that came with a McDonald's Happy Meal. Please check the photos for scratches and paint chips. There's a switch on the back, but it doesn't turn on. It's cute to display in a room. I'm selling it because my tastes have changed. Price is not negotiable.
