This is the HIT "Bolt Cutter BC-600". I've forgotten when I purchased it. As it is a used item, there are minor scratches from use, but I didn't see any chipping on the blades. I would appreciate it if you could judge the detailed condition from the photos. Thank you. R30-09ST
