This is an ANLAN facial steamer with a mirror. I've used it quite a bit. I've only used bottled water, and I've cleaned the water areas regularly. However, please understand that this is just my amateur assessment. The box, instruction manual, and all the original set items are included. The tank holds about one use's worth of water, plus a little extra.
