This is a vintage Supreme jacket from the 2000s, a design that's no longer in production. I purchased it from a vintage clothing store called pp9 for 45,000 yen. The owner found it during a buying trip in America, and it's apparently a special model. The condition is excellent, with no stains. I'm selling it because the size doesn't fit me, unfortunately.
