This is a custom open-mouth head made overseas that I purchased a few years ago and customized myself. It's a normal skin tone. As a bonus, I'm including doll eyes and an unpainted tongue-out part. The mouth interior part will be detached from the head for packaging to prevent paint chipping. Please use putty or tape to secure it when attaching. The makeup was done with Liquitex.
