This is a whiskey decanter with a very beautiful pattern. It has been stored in a display case. Size (approx.) Height: 24.5cm (with lid) 19cm (without lid) Width x Depth: 9cm I'm not sure if it's unused, and there are several places on the bottom and surface that look like cracks.
