This vehicle has barely been run, with only a short test run on an O-zashiki layout. I have confirmed the vehicle's operation, the lighting of the headlights and tail lights, and the condition of the pantograph. The parts have been installed, and the stickers are unused. There are some minor scratches on the sleeve (outer box). I am careful in my inspection, but there may be oversights. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
