This is a custom head I made. It's 1/4 scale and the appropriate sizes are 8-9 inch wigs and 20mm eyes. It's painted with Liquitex and pastels, and finished with a UV cut matte spray. When I purchased the blank head, there was a crack in the neck hole. It didn't cause any problems when connecting it to an imomodoll body.
