I've worn this about four times, including for a studio photoshoot. It's hard to tell in the photos, but the fabric uses slightly glossy threads, giving it a華やか and elegant impression. The gold buttons and pocket trim prevent it from being too simple and add a touch of luxury. The color is a calm off-white with a translucent sheen. The fabric is thick and sturdy. The cuffs have slits and can be folded back. The skirt also has an 8cm slit in the back, but the overlapping fabric ensures that your legs aren't visible, so you can wear it with confidence. Both the jacket and skirt are fully lined. You can wear just the jacket with a dress you already own, so I think it can be reused for various occasions.
