Thank you for viewing. This came out during a house clean-up at my parents' home. My father was a JNR (Japanese National Railways) employee, so I think he received this as a commemorative item when the Joetsu Shinkansen (bullet train) opened. The rail itself is unused (lol). It comes with a storage bag (with some stains). The main body is as shown in the photos. It weighs 3.2kg.
