I purchased this at Shimamura for about 900 yen + tax, but the person it was for didn't like it and never wore it, so I'm offering it for sale. The shoulder straps are attached to the garment, so there's no worry of them slipping. The garment itself is stretchy, so I think it's easy to put on and take off. I wore it only once, washed it, and have been storing it.
