I harvested pesticide-free lemongrass grown at home, cut off the thin tips, washed them, and dried them in the sun for a day. Then, I dried them indoors for over a week and cut them into pieces about 1 cm long. Some parts of the leaves turned brown during drying, but I cut them as they were.
