This was installed on an older model Harrier (H25.12~). It was stored indoors except for use on holidays for summer SUP and winter skiing/snowboarding. There is some wear and tear, but there are no functional problems. The rubber parts that contact the vehicle are also included. The bars themselves are not included, but if you have bars, they can be installed as is. Please note that this is a used item and no claims or returns are accepted.
